Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch/Maestro online. (Please Note We do not accept Visa Electron) We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet using the secure encription system.

RETURNS.Any returned products ordered in error or are not required will if returned unopened in original product packaging within 28 days from date of purchase will be subject to a full refund less shipping charges and a 5% handling charge. All other returns will be subject to a full refund less shipping charges and a 20% handling charge.

Shipping And Handling UK Orders. Post and packing on all orders is £1.95.
EEC Orders. Post and packing will be charged at cost
Non UK &EEC Export orders are Vat Free. Shipping and Insurance will be charged at cost on all export orders.
Delivery Schedule .We deliver your order right away. We will normally dispatch your order to you the day following receipt of your order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Orders for delivery to the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the price displayed. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero, shipping and insurance will be charged at cost for export orders.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
